Hourly Service Fees

Admin - £19.25p/h

Out of hours – £22.88 p/h (Minimum fee starts at 1 hour)

Linens - £8.25 per load

Creating welcome packs are charged at our admin hourly rate

The Essential Welcome -

A good start is our welcome covering letter, with a list of how to guides for appliances and boiler. This includes an emergency contact list with local phone numbers of potential use - taxi, doctor, dentist, etc

Be Our Guest -

A more in-depth folder ensures your guests feel at home, including lists with description of restaurants, cafes, activities and shops in Peebles.

 

Make the Most of Your Stay -

Our most thorough pack - A comprehensive guide to the Scottish Borders along with everything detailed in the basic welcome pack.

Room Service - £25 monthly

Fridge Stocking - £25 monthly

Combined - £40 monthly

 

Inventory Management - £25 monthly

Quality Checking - £30 monthly

Property Maintenance – £30 monthly

Combined - £50 monthly

Guest Comms – Min fee £57.65 monthly, up to three hours, hourly rate thereafter

Full Service Package –

£115 per month (savings of a minimum -£107.65 initial, £32.65 monthly thereafter)

Co-Host –

Cleaning, Linens, Inventory and Quality Checking – hourly/load rate + £55 per month
